Santa Sessions at Avanti Salon {Escondido Photographer}

My friend and hair stylist, Stephanie, has been collecting gifts for the children staying at Solutions for Change, an organization assisting homeless families, for a couple of years now. This year, she hosted a gift drop off gathering at Avanti Salon in Escondido where kids and their parents could drop off their donated gifts, eat some yummy cookies and get a photo taken with Santa. Well this year, my dad volunteered to don the famous red and white outfit, beard and boots and take photos with the kids. He did an amazing job and even got my mom to tell "Santa" what she wanted for Christmas ! Below is the photo I captured of my parents. I love it so much ! Shows how silly they can get with each other, which I think is important in any long term relationship ! Oh, and did I mention that Winnie played Santa's helper and all the kids loved her, of course !
Merry Christmas everyone ! I pray that the Lord bless you and your family and keep you safe over this Festive Season !

Kit Carson Park {Escondido San Diego California Photographer} Rinehart Family Session

I can't believe it's been almost 5 years since I photographed Michelle & Aaron's wedding reception at Marina Village in San Diego. It was great to see them again and to see how their little girl has grown up since then ! They came with their newest addition, their furbaby !

Farewell ArJay - Pet Session {Escondido Photographer}

After 7 years together, Josh & Anna have to say goodbye to their first fur-baby. ArJay's neurological health has started to decline dramatically lately, and he will be heading over the rainbow bridge tomorrow. On his final day, his heartbroken parents wanted to commemorate their time with Arjay, so we met up at Grape Day Park for a Farewell Session. Such a tiny little guy, and so sweet. He will be missed by so many who loved him.
